Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, as a small, family-owned
campground, each reservation is important to our continued operation. Please review our
cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

General Policy

• All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 cancellation processing fee.
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.
• No rain checks will be issued.

Campsites & Rental Cabins

• Rental Cabin cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of one night’s rental fee.
• If a rental cabin reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less of the scheduled arrival date, no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued.

Holiday Weekends

For Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Columbus / Indigenous Peoples’
Day weekends:

• A three-night minimum stay is required.
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or changes for these weekends.

After Check-In

• No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after check-in due to:
  • Inclement weather
  • Failure to follow campground Rules & Regulations
  • Disorderly conduct

Final Note

Management reserves the right to exercise discretion regarding refunds in exceptional
circumstances.
